Hands of Grace: Brand Photos by Houston Brand Photographer Lightbulb League

As a Houston brand photography studio, we have the privilege of capturing the essence of many creative businesses. Our recent photo session with Grace, a branding & personalized design studio and full-service event stationer, was truly something special. Grace’s session exudes creativity and freshness, and our goal was to encapsulate her vibrant spirit through our lens.

Here are some of our favorite brand photos from our time spent with Hands of Grace Design:

Grace's style marries color and character, beautifully. As soon as she laid out all of the props and styling pieces to review with us before her session, the assortment of hues and patterns, each carefully curated to inspire, made it clear that we were going to have a fun brand photo session.

Our goal for Grace’s Houston brand photo session was to capture several different setups: a table scape utilizing menu cards, place cards, and table numbers she designed, place cards sitting atop champagne flutes, flat lays of 2 different invitation suites she designed, process photos of Grace at work, branded portraits, and a faux desktop setup with photos of Grace working.

We started by capturing the vibrant table scape adorned with florals by our girl Aelish from Tin Cup Flower Co. If you didn’t already know, Aelish is one of the few florists on our short list who provide a discount for Lightbulb League clients’ brand sessions. Grace book Tin Cup Flower Co for her session and worked with Aelish to invest in the perfect florals for her photos with us

Next, we focused on the champagne flutes with place cards, which was such a fun setup to shoot. We always enjoy photographing liquids and translucent objects, and I think you can tell when looking through the photos. Such a fun whimsical element to pair with the design choices Grace used in the place cards!

One of the highlights of the session was photographing some of Grace's completed projects. Seeing the final products – elegantly designed invitations, chic table cards, and personalized stationery – against the backdrop of the studio was a powerful reminder of the impact of good design. Each piece not only looked beautiful but also conveyed a story, a theme, a moment in time that Grace had helped to bring to life.

Working with Grace was a joy, and it reminded us why we love working with our different brand photography clients and their different, respective styles. It’s about more than just taking pictures; it’s about capturing the heart and soul of a business. Grace’s session was a vibrant, colorful journey through creativity and design, and I’m excited to see how these photos will help tell her story and connect them with even more people who will fall in love with their work just as we did.

If you’re in need of stunning, personalized design work, I wholeheartedly recommend Grace. And if you want to capture your brand’s essence in a way that is as unique and character-filled as your business, let’s talk. We’d love to help you tell your story through memorable, impactful photography.
